Book a free 30-minute introductory class at Body to Mind Fitness, an all-women’s gym offering a variety of classes for every fitness level. During your intro session, we’ll walk you through the classes of your choice, help you get familiar with our studio, and answer any questions so you feel comfortable and confident before getting started. All fitness levels are welcome.
